Across the road is Komala Villas, the first home-grown vegetarian restaurant. Then it's a short walk to Upper Dickinson Road to learn about Indian murals, watch locals make jasmine garlands and bracelets on Campbell Lane, followed by a stop at Selvi's for traditional mehndi henna tattoos for men and women, and the highlight of the evening - a delicious dessert at Apolo Village on Hastings Road.
