Absolutely shocking for the money , don't waste your money , this was for my partners 50th , we had no priority seating to start with, staff were rude and unless you want a burger and a brownie ...you had no choice of food

Fab as usual. We always book one of these gold deals when we go to a city with a Hard Rock Cafe. My daughter has food allergies, they are always very thorough and always check when taking orders whether anyone has allergies, and check with the kitchen before hand. Excellent, always feel safe there!

We received a warm welcome, very friendly atmosphere and the staff were awesome making sure we had what we needed. My only disappointment were the ribs, I was looking forward to them and they were very dry.

The food was horrible. I asked to remake it without spice and they remade the same one. The chicken was so dry I had to soak it in a dressing to eat it. The chocolate cake was to go and when we got back to the hotel and opened it to eat it we were sadly disappointed. It was a hard small piece of brownie.

Poor choice, service and way overcharged

Bought the Gold voucher online through viator for 4 adults for 100 euro. The options were poor and ended up spending 240 euro more. Not impressed.

We had a nice meal & our waitress was lovely. I feel that the starter option of salad or onion rings was poor & only chocolate brownies for dessert. The main course options were good & the quality of food was great.

Waited fir over an hour fir our mains , the wine we wanted they didn’t have , the food was cold when we eventually got it . Tasteless . Very disappointing and the diamond menu was no way worth the money . Don’t go fir it as you did not get a great selection to choose from .

No need to skip the line really abs it just meant that the menu was more limited than usual . I don’t really see the point of this as a package. There was no line to skip and no choice of starter or desert.

When we arrived there was a small queue, do the skip the line tickets worked a treat. Food and service were excellent. One slight negative was by having the gold package there was only one choice of dessert, not sure if you didn’t like it whether you could change if for something else. Overall very good value for money.

we enjoy visiting the Hard Rock Cafe's in cities we are visiting. This one was very prompt and the food was good after a few weeks without a cheeseburger. The staff even sang Let it Go from Frozen which made us miss our grandchildren all the more.

We ate here a few time in Paris as I am not adventurous in trying local foods and this seemed pretty safe. The service was always good. The lines were long, but we were always able to get a table in about 5 minutes.
