Easy!
Carolyn_P, Sep 2023
Fun way to see the city and get a quick overview of the things you might want to do. Ran pretty much on time so you could plan your stops.

Very poor
VickiAnn_L, Jul 2023
Very poor service and very hard to find where the bus stops are. Buses old, dirty and headsets don't work at all seats.

Had to Pay Twice!
Vija_T, Jul 2023
The Hop On Hop Off Tour Itself was great - My issues was that I had to pay twice!! - I bought the ticket thru Viator, added it to my Apple Wallet. When I went to board the bus, I could not find my ticket on the Apple Wallet, nor was it showing on the Viator app - this meant I had to pay again - not happy about the double expense

I felt the tour was very disjointed. The Commentary seem to be a bit before the bus arrived at the spot. There wasn’t very good signage for where you gone and got off. All in all a bit disappointing.
Do not recommend
Catharine_O, May 2023
The timetables provided were not accurate and as we got there early we waited 40 minutes for the bus. When it had not arrived 30 minutes after the time on the timetable we called the provider who advised that they couldn't possibly keep the timetables up to date. They then stated it was the drivers lunch break and the next bus would be another hour which left no time to do the full trip. They then stated we had already used our tickets the day before so no refund was payable (we were in London the day before), when asked to transfer the ticket to Krakow so we could at least use it they stated they didn't have a Krakow service, when told it was on their website they advised they couldn't possibly keep their website up to date. They were rude, disinterested and completely ruined our day's plans.

Don’t bother
Kerry_S, May 2023
When we booked this we were under the impression the bus comes every 15-20 minutes. I have used the hop on hop off in other countries and it has always been my go to. Here however There is only 1 bus and it travels both routes so it only comes every 3 hours. It is completely useless. If you get off at a stop you will be there for 3 hours. It stops at every stop 3x a day only. So if you use it you can only make 1 stop a day. It is not what it is supposed to be.

This is not an Hop On/Hop Off
midwayhua, May 2023
Waesaw hop on hop off City tour is actually not an hop on hop off tour. It has a redline and a blueline But Only has one bus. The bus takes turn to go redline and next time blueline. This makes it has a frequency of 180 minutes. If you get off the bus, you have you wait for 180 minutes to see this bus again at the same location. We feel We werefooled by Viator.

Improvement noted

I was surprised to see so many poor feedback as I have enjoyed their service in other places. Driver tried to engage and timing must have improved. Maybe its warsaw but the trip was not worth the cost.

Disappointing
David_M, Nov 2019
The frequency of buses meant that these buses could not be used as an easy way to get about. Too many long waits resulted in too many long walks. An expensive mistake.

Beyond Disappointed - We Want Our Money Back
DCJerseyGirl, Nov 2019
Do NOT book this tour. There is zero communication from the operator. You will be given zero information on where to meet the bus. The maps on line are low quality with no details... but we taxied to variously places the bus-site said they visited and still no bus. We wasted half of our tour day chasing buses that never arrived. After getting ourselves to the Museum, the Jewish wall, the royal castle, old town (and staying new embassy row), we made a go ourselves. And the whole day never saw one bus until we were at a Chopin Concert at the Palace, overlooking the gardens and saw ONE BUS leaving for the end of the day. This thing is the biggest scam of the whole trip. Save yourself the money and skip this. We are out the cost of 2 bus tickets and multiple cab rides... don't do it!

Very difficult to find the starting point of this tour . Lack of signage and personnel. After 20 min of asking for info we finally found someone who was sble to direct us to location . The tour itself was very interesting and would recommend a 2 day ticket The driver wasn't very friendly . Just expected courteous. .

Bit expensive for a hourly trip. But got to see a fair bit of the city. Interpreter was a bit boring . Over all good if it was a bit cheaper.

Deceiving. Timetable not respected. We sometimes did not see what was described. The heavy traffic did not help.

ADELCHI S, Dec 2017
We usually like to take a look of the city in this way, the tour was a little bit meager. There wasn't enough information during the trip about the place we was visiting
