Greeted on board with a shot of alcohol, first ten minutes were lovely. Settled and welcoming. Everyone on board was offered to order drinks. Apart from me and my friend, when we asked if we could order drinks the waitress then told us to wait five minutes. Fine, then she continued to order several rounds of drinks to other travellers particularly men. 2 hours of boat trip without being offered a drink. I had to proceed to the bar to order my own drinks. The waitress was too busy flirting her way through her shift than actually being friendly and welcoming to the women on board. Will not be booking this trip when I return in April.

It was expensive and the menu was aweful. Very pricy for chicken noodle soup, chicken wings and french fries.

A bit ordinary, and overpriced for what it was.

Boat a bit difficult to find at night. Complimentary drink was a minuscule local liqueur. Although nearly first on board, most other ordered drinks arrived before ours. Had to go downstairs to pay by card. Waitress only had cash, not advised before this would be the case. Food was OK and plentiful. Almost 30 minutes of the 2 hour cruise spent on the lock. First part of the cruise nothing to see except for Hilton hotel. Second half better with views of historic buildings. A pity the many bridges are not illuminated underneath.. would enhance the experience. Overall, a bit overpriced for what it was.

This was dreadful from start to finish. The meeting point was virtually impossible to find, staff were rude, disinterested and completely lacking social graces or manners with no concept of offering a service. The description was so far removed from the actual experience. Welcome drink served in the rain, ie, being rained in, awful route with next to no view, live music consisted of a poor man playing an accordion by the toilets which were equally as awful as the cruise. To pay hard earned money for an atrocious excuse of a river boat "cruise' with dinner was so upsetting. I would dissuade anyone from using this service and sas that viator as an agent seem happy to allow this shocking standard of service.

Finding the boat was very vague in the instructions. Must go to port 16! We were 3 minutes late and the boat left without us. We were able to make the later time, but ended up having our kids up until 10 pm 😵‍💫 Food was alright... nothing to remember.

The ad for this activity is total bull! Nothing looks like what’s on the pictures. First, when we got there, we didn’t even realize it was our boat, because it was at the wrong dock. And to me, it looked more like a fishing boat, than a cruise boat… after we got in, I saw the welcome drink was a vodka shot?! What is this? A booze cruise for 20 something?! We are a family with a. Child… we kept going, ignoring the ‘welcome drink’, hoping it would get better. But all the tables on the deck were taken, so we sat outside on 3 chairs, but no table! Last ones available… I went and told the ‘fisherman boss’ there were no more table for us. He then proceeded to take us on the back of the boat, where they just had benches in full sun! Or if I didn’t like that, they had tables in the bottom. WTH?! This is not what I booked. The pictures clearly show tables (with white table cloths & flowers, which were not there…). So we went back out & ask for our money back. No way, we were participating in the worst ‘evening cruise with dinner’ in the history of the universe. The hostess tried to convince us to go back to the bottom of the boat, when I told her, this is not what they’re advertising, so we just wanted our money back. Unfortunately, she couldn’t, because we didn’t book through her, so we just left & told her, we’d take care of it with our credit card company (… Never pay cash). We left & went a few docks down, where we found much nicer & newer boats & booked a tour with an electric boat instead. So glad we did! Don’t waste your time with this tour…

Terrible Cruise and Worse Dinner

I have been on several Prague river dinner cruises, and this was by far the worst! The food was terrible. There was very little care or attention to detail put into the food. It was overcooked and tasteless. The boat did not go on the prettiest part of the river, but instead went away from Old Town, then turned around and just did a few circles next to the Charles Bridge before ending.

Where do I begin. This was awful. I was embarrassed, this was a special treat for my daughters on our last night in beautiful Prague! I believe you are breaking fire codes and whatever else codes with all the people shoved in that small room. 36 people in an approx 12x18 room, 6 people to a table, 6 tables total. I believe max should've been 18 people!!! LOOK IT UP! It was so uncomfortable on so many levels. The waitress was unhappy! I can't imagine why. The 'buffet' was downstairs so everyone had to crawl out of this little room, then make their way back up with a salad plate of food. They ran out of some items, dessert etc. You couldn't really see out the window with the glare. Sharing a table with others-ok, but looking their way out the window, feeling like your in their business. The large man next to me had his pregnant wife get his plate, he didn't want to bother trying to get out. There was a lovely accordion player. That's all I got. Never again. It was supposed to be 3hrs but they shortened it to 2 hrs, thank gawd! I don't recommend.
