How to active your pass?
* Please note that you should follow the below steps in order to activate your pass:
1. Take note of your Booking ID (All your bookings you receive have a booking reference, starting with 436-… are valid)
2. Download the Smartvisit app to your mobile phone (https://app.smartvisit.com/download).
3. After registering on the app, click the “Add Pass” button and use the Booking ID provided to retrieve your pass.
4. Your Pass information along with attraction, experiences and tour information will be available on the app.
Your passes should be available for add to the Smartvisit Wallet within 24 hours of booking
• All bookings and redemptions for tours and activities need to be made through the Smartvisit APP.
• Once tickets are issued, they cannot be cancelled or amended.
• Some tours and activities need to be made in advance and are subject to availability. Please select another time/date if not availability for time/date selected.
Important Information – There may be restrictions
- Both attractions on the card must be done on the same day.
- Tours, transfers, and some attractions may require prior booking or separate ticket collection.
- The card is valid from the moment of redemption for 2 consecutive days (not based on the time of day*), and valid for single admission only (no repeat visits allowed). A period of 1 hour must pass between redeeming benefits (except for the hop-on hop-off bus tour).
*It is recommended to activate the pass in the morning to get the most out of it.
