    Waste of time/money

    Complete waste of money & time. Non-prime hours are supposed to be when it’s least busiest & not so crowded. However, I believe the time offered (7pm) was actually during the peak hours. It was literally no room, people were elbow to elbow & there was little space to actually view skyline. Also very unorganized, people were everywhere & the whole experience was just a waste. Didn’t even get a chance to appreciate the view because it was way too crowded & unorganized

    Sorry to know you did not enjoy due to crowd, however now its a different experience and very limited people are given entry and would recommend a revisit whenever you are back in dubai
    Viator had to switch tour operator

    We were confirmed for the 3pm tour a month in advance. 5 days prior to the tour we were informed 3pm is not available and to pick evening times. We had a flight in the evening. Viator helped us find another tour operator who had 3 pm available. We had to pay $30 more and deal with aggravation. Viator should not deal with such "bait and switch" tour operators.

    Hi We remember this booking was originally booked for 1:00 PM and then we re booked for 3:00 PM and there was nothing extra charged by us, if you still have the tour voucher you can located the Agent Name on it. We give out vouchers to 100 of Guests on daily basis and never charged extra once the booking is done unless the guests asking for an upgrade. Please do feel free to share your booking Reference Number so we can check on the same for you in detail and get back. We appreciate your time and review this really helps us to provide better service and correct our errors. Thank You
