Well - this activity never took place!
There has been no communication from the Operator despite multiple attempts from us, but we still waited for 2.5 hrs on the day!!
As we found out, this Operator no longer exists … we only booked this on 11/5 for the 31/5 experience which Viator sold to us!!!
Upon contacting Viator, it appeared they were not aware (how can that be???) - aaargh!!!
I am a long-time user of Viator, and very disappointed indeed +++++
I eagerly await a prompt refund from them, and some explanation … we had only 3 days in Port Douglas, one of which was wasted on this unacceptable incident (not happy :( )
